个人简介

李华青，男，重庆巴南人，西南大学电子信息工程学院副院长、教授、博士生导师，主要从事群体智能系统协同控制、分布式优化、智能电网、人工智能等方面的研究工作。曾先后在德州农工大学卡塔尔分校做访问学者，澳大利亚悉尼大学、新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后。

担任智能传动与控制技术国家地方联合工程实验室（国家级科研平台）副主任

非线性电路与智能信息处理重庆市重点实验室（省级科研平台）主任

中国工程院SCI院刊Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering青年编辑

国际SCI期刊Neural Computing and Applications区域编辑

国际SCI期刊Kybernetika副编辑。

近年来发表（含在线）在IEEE Transactions汇刊和Automatica论文45篇（第一作者28篇，通讯作者7篇）；出版英文专著2部（第一作者）；授权专利37项；作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的基金项目10余项。研究结果荣获重庆市自然科学奖一等奖、中国指挥与控制学会科学技术奖－创新奖二等奖、中国自动化学会自然科学奖二等奖、重庆市科协自然科学优秀学术论文奖、贵州省自然科学奖三等奖等多项科技奖励。2018年入选重庆市高层次人才特殊支持计划－青年拔尖人才，入选爱思唯尔2020中国高被引学者榜单、全球学者库－全球顶尖前10万名科学家（序号74938，更新时间2022年2月8日）。是IEEE高级会员，中国指挥与控制学会空天防务体系工程专委会委员，中国自动化学会专家库专家，重庆市青年科技领军人才协会首批会员，重庆市电子学会理事。担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文通讯评审专家，以及30余个国际SCI期刊和20余个国际学术会议的同行审稿人。
