个人简介
致力于家蚕分子生理学及实验动物化研究,并以寿命调控、延寿药物评价和疾病模型构建为主要内容,推进家蚕模式化应用。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上、青年各1项)、西南大学基础学科“U40”青年人才科技项目等各类科研项目6项。以第一作者发表SCI论文11篇(大类一区5篇),发现长寿调节新基因OSER1,阐明了其在多个物种中响应氧化应激的作用机理,揭示了其抗衰延寿的保守性新机制,为推动家蚕作为探究人类衰老与疾病研究的实验动物奠定了重要基础,该项成果已被Nature子刊Nat Commun接受。此外,研究建立了家蚕作为延寿中药效应评价系统和帕金森综合症家蚕模型,分别发表在BMC Med(1区,IF=11.8)、J Pharm Anal(1区,IF=14.02)、Aging Dis(1区,IF=9.96)等知名期刊。申请国家发明专利1项。积极推动国际合作,筹措举行国际学术研讨会2次;承办国内区域性学术会联会1次,做国际学术报告5次,国内学术报告1次。为国家蚕桑产业技术体系高产优质品种改良岗位团队成员、《农业生物技术学报》青年编委、重庆市昆虫学会理事、中国遗传学会会员、BMC Genomics等期刊审稿人。
