研究方向及课题
研究方向:基因组与遗传进化
(1)应用生物信息学和组学大数据,挖掘家蚕重要经济性状的控制基因,并应用分子生物学手段研究这些基因的功能,为家蚕的分子改良提供靶标;
(2)通过比较基因组学、基因组操作等技术,鉴定农林害虫的必须基因,为害虫防控提供潜在分子靶标;
(3)基因组重复序列、性染色体、蛋白编码基因拷贝数变异等演化过程及对生物适应性、多样性的贡献。
