三、研究成果

长期致力于家蚕丝腺生物反应器与蚕丝遗传改良探索研究,积极推动家蚕及蚕丝在生物制药和生物材料领域中的创新应用。

1、突破了家蚕丝腺生物反应器表达效率的瓶颈,优化建立了高效稳定的家蚕丝腺生物反应器合成系统,培育出高效表达人血清白蛋白、人乳铁蛋白、人源生长因子、人胰岛素等高附加值药用蛋白的新型家蚕素材品系50余个;建立了蚕丝中外源蛋白的规模化分离纯化技术体系,纯化获得多个毫克级高纯度具有生物活性的重组蛋白,并完成其生物活性评价,证明家蚕丝腺具备合成功能性外源蛋白的能力,为家蚕丝腺生物反应器用于生物制药和市场转化奠定了理论基础和技术保障。

2、建立了蚕丝遗传改良关键技术体系,创新利用家蚕丝腺规模化生物合成功能性蚕丝原料,利用具有组织修复功能的20余种人源生长因子,以及具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑制炎症等功能的10余种治疗性重组蛋白对蚕丝进行遗传改良,建立了可稳定遗传的新型蚕丝家蚕素材品系库。建立了功能性蚕丝生物材料制备技术,研发了具有促进组织修复功能的蚕丝膜、水凝胶和3D支架等生物材料,并在治疗子宫内膜粘连,唇腭裂修复,定向成骨分化,血管修复,结肠炎治疗,免疫力提升等医学动物模型中展现优异的疗效。相关成果得到央视和市级媒体的广泛报道,并引起多家投资企业和医疗机构的高度关注。

3、以第一作者/通讯作者或参与者在Acta Biomaterialia5次),ACS Appl Mater & InterfacesBiomaterials Science(封面论文),Biosensors and Bioelectronics等生物材料Top期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,引用次数超过1200次。拥有国家发明专利10余项,专利转让5项。主持包括国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目10余个。获2017年重庆市自然科学奖二等奖,2021年重庆市巴渝青年学者等奖项和称号。多次受邀赴欧美,亚太及国内多所著名高校做学术报告,与国际国内蚕丝研究顶级团队建立了长期稳定的合作关系。受邀担任BiomaterialsChemical Communications等十余个著名期刊审稿人。
