个人简介

博士研究生副教授硕士生导师。

入选“全国万名优秀创新创业导师”、国家及重庆市“三区”科技特派员。

主持和参研30余项科研课题;以第一发明人申请国家发明专利19项(授权12项,转化2项);在国内外学术刊物发表论文80余篇(第一作者或通讯作者60余篇)。指导学生参加“创业大赛”、“挑战杯”等多门类比赛,获得“国家银奖”、“重庆市金奖”、“重庆市特等奖”等奖项20余项,并多次获得“优秀指导教师”称号。《Industrial Crops and Products》、《 Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Pharmaceutical Biology》、《Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy》、《Food & Function》、《Phytomedicine》、《Phytotherapy Research等刊物审稿人。与多家企业建立有良好的科研合作关系。

[1] 植物活性物质的分离鉴定、活性评价及其作用机制研究(活性涉及抗氧化、抗衰老、美白、抗菌、抗炎、降“三高”、保护神经及抑制阿尔兹海默症);
