主讲人简介:

施春明博士于1994-1999年在中国科技大学获得工学和商学双学士, 1999-2001年在新加坡国立大学获得工学硕士, 2001-2002年在深圳泛亚电子任项目经理, 2002-2007年在华盛顿州立大学获得商学博士, 他从2007年起为加拿大罗瑞尔大学商学与经济学院的助理教授和博士生导师, 2012年晋升为副教授(终身制)。2012-2013年担任劳瑞尔大学供应链管理中心主任。多次获得华盛顿州立大学和劳瑞尔大学的教学奖。多次受邀请在香港中文大学,中国科技大学和西南财经大学等大学教授博士、硕士和本科生课程。

施博士的主要研究兴趣为物流(供应链)管理, 物流金融,和绩效管理。他的研究成果已发表在国际一流杂志包括European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Operational Research Society, International Journal of Management Science and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics。他的研究受到加拿大国家自然科学和技术基金和加拿大特许会计师协会的大力资助, 两次荣获加拿大管理学协会年会的最佳论文提名奖。他指导了多位博士后、访问学者、博士生和硕士生。

 

Short Bio

Dr. Chunming (Victor) Shi holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from Washington State University,a Master of Engineering from the National University of University, and double Bachelor degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology of China. He has been a tenured Associate Professor since 2012 and a Ph.D. student supervisor in the Schoolof Business and Economics at the Wilfrid Laurier University since 2007. During 2012-2013 he was the Director for Supply Chain Management. He has won teaching awards from Washington State University and Wilfrid Laurier University. He has been invited to teach courses in PhD, Master, and Bachelor levels in universities like Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), University of Science and Technology of China, and Southwest University of Finance and Economics.

Dr. Shi’s main research has been in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Finance and Performance Measurement. His research papers have been published or are in press by journals such as European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal ofProduction Economics, Journal of Operational Research Society, International Journal of Management Science and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics.His research has been supported byNatural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada(NSERC) and Chartered Accountants of Canada. He has supervised a few post-doctoralfellows, doctoral students, and master students.
